Our mission is to provide a platform that recognizes and amplifies the voices and talents of young women across Cameroon, fostering a sense of community, confidence, and leadership.
History
Founded in 2019 by Emerald Ei8ht, MISS237X was born from a desire to create an inclusive and prestigious competition that transcends traditional pageantry. Over the years, we have grown into a beloved national event, attracting participants from all corners of the country. Our journey has been marked by incredible milestones, heart-warming stories, and a commitment to excellence that continues to drive us forward.

MISS237X is an innovative and dynamic pageant competition that celebrates the beauty, talent, and intelligence of Cameroonian women, all on the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter). MISS237X stands out by leveraging the power of social media to reach a global audience, providing a unique and engaging experience for participants and followers alike.
Competition Format
MISS237X is structured to highlight the diverse skills and attributes of our contestants through several exciting stages:
- Application and Selection: Participants submit their applications online through our official website. Our selection committee reviews the applications and shortlists candidates based on predefined criteria.
- Introduction: Shortlisted contestants introduce themselves to the audience via a series of tweets and short videos posted on X via the competition’s official page. This round allows the audience to get to know the contestants and their aspirations.
- Talent Showcase: Contestants demonstrate their unique talents through creative posts, videos, or live sessions on X via the competition’s official page. This is to showcase and celebrate the diverse skills and creativity of our participants.
- Public Speaking: Contestants address various topics of social, cultural, or personal significance through written or video content or talk shows hosted via the competition’s official page on X. Their ability to articulate their thoughts and engage with the audience is key.
- Community Service Project: Contestants propose and, if possible, execute a small-scale community service project. They share their progress and impact through updates on X via the competition’s official page, showcasing their commitment to making a positive difference.
- Final Round: The top contestants participate in a live Q&A session on X, where they respond to questions from the judges and the audience, demonstrating their poise, intelligence, and quick thinking.
- Voting and Results: Audience engagement and votes play a crucial role throughout the competition. The final results are determined by a combination of public votes and scores from our panel of judges.
